Position details

• Position: Legal Associate / Law Intern.
• Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai.
• Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• Working days: 6 days a week, with alternate Saturdays off.
• Compensation: As per industry standards.
• The role provides hands-on experience in contracts, compliance, legal research, and corporate advisory work.
• Candidates will work closely with experienced professionals in a fast-paced business environment.

Job details

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and briefs.
• Coordinate with external counsels and legal consultants.
• Support compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Manage legal documentation, correspondence, and case tracking.
• Provide legal support to business and operational teams.
