Eligibility
• A degree in LL.B.
• 0 to 10 years of experience in corporate law, banking or financial services
• Understanding of corporate and commercial law
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework applicable to banks
• Knowledge of the Information Technology Act and Banking Regulation Act
• Knowledge of data privacy and RBI Guidelines
• Basic understanding of banking products
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Drafting and interpretation skills

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating bank agreements
• Advising on digital banking initiatives
• Providing legal advice to internal stakeholders
• Conducting due diligence on documents
