IP Shastra is hiring a Business Executive – IPR in Pune, Maharashtra, to identify and develop new business opportunities in the IPR and patent domain.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IPR, Patent Services, Legal Services, or a related business development role
• Good understanding of patent/IPR services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Ability to generate leads and convert business opportunities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Candidates with an existing network in the IPR/Patent ecosystem will be considered

Position details

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IPR and Patent domain
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospective clients
• Handle client communication, follow-ups, and business proposals
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and other channels
• Coordinate with the patent/IP team to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain sales pipelines and achieve business development targets
• Conduct market research and identify potential clients in relevant industries
