Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognised university
• Enrolment with the Delhi Bar Council
• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in criminal litigation
• Strong experience in Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act matters
• Knowledge of CrPC/BNSS and IPC/BNS
• Strong trial advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage criminal litigation matters
