Neeti Shastra is hiring a Legal Associate [Commercial Litigation] on behalf of a full-service law firm advising businesses, institutions and individuals across a range of legal and commercial matters.

Eligibility

• Fresher to 1 year PQE
• Prior experience in commercial and civil litigation, arbitration, insolvency-related disputes, banking and recovery matters, regulatory disputes and other civil or commercial proceedings is preferable
• Familiarity with SCC Online, Manupatra or an equivalent legal research database will be an advantage
• Local candidates are preferred
• Familiarity with Marathi is preferred
