Eligibility
- 8–10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Current Associate Partner or equivalent senior-level role within a law firm.
- Strong expertise in disputes, litigation and advisory.
- Exceptional execution capabilities with the ability to independently lead complex matters end-to-end.
- Ability to lead, mentor and manage a team without day-to-day supervision from a Partner.
- Strong client-handling and stakeholder-management capabilities.
