A leading NBFC is hiring a Legal Professional with 1–3 years of experience for its legal team in Mumbai.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM from a reputed law school.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Experience in Civil & Commercial Laws.
• NBFC/Banking experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Position details

• Review, draft and negotiate business, loan, co-lending, vendor, escrow and service agreements.
• Conduct legal research and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Handle disputes and litigation matters in coordination with law firms/counsels.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Assist in developing internal policies and procedures.
• Work closely with business, compliance and senior management teams.
