Lex Chambers is hiring a Legal Counsel for its Corporate Commercial, Transactional & General Corporate Team in New Delhi.

Eligibility

• 4–6 years of experience in corporate commercial and general corporate matters
• Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts
• Strong knowledge of M&A, joint ventures, IP advisory and filing, private equity and other corporate transactions
• Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to independently maintain client relations and manage client expectations
• Prior experience working in a law firm is essential
