Eligibility

• 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Freshers are not eligible.
• Experience in litigation and drafting.
• Excellent drafting skills and command of English.
• Working knowledge of computers and internet-based legal research.
• Familiarity with Manupatra and SCC.
• Candidates from Delhi will be preferred.
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.

• Court appearances are mandatory for the position.

Job details

• Draft and vet court pleadings in a timely and efficient manner.
• Vet agreements, contracts and commercial documents.
• Negotiate and discuss assigned matters and drafts with clients.
• Provide legal advisory and general legal opinions wherever required.
• Handle other professional activities assigned as part of the role.
• Attend court appearances as part of the position.
