S&A Law Offices is hiring experienced legal professionals for Senior Associate, Principal Associate, and Senior Principal Associate positions in its Arbitration practice in Gurugram.

Eligibility

• BA LL.B. or LL.B. qualification

• 7+ years of experience

• Experience in handling Civil suits and Commercial Litigation/Arbitration related to the road, airport, and energy sectors

• Experience in handling arbitration matters independently or as part of a team

• Experience in different models, theories, and legal principles relating to the quantification of claims

Position details

• Handling arbitration matters from the stage of data assimilation, data discovery, and research

• Assisting with the calculation of claims

• Working on demand notices and notices invoking arbitration

• Drafting statements of claim, statements of defence, counterclaims, and other related pleadings and applications before Tribunals and Courts

• Working on evidence and argument notes

• Drafting petitions challenging arbitral awards and other related pleadings and applications

• Participating in, assisting with, or handling cross-examinations, including briefing seniors

• Undertaking research work, including case law research and technical research
