Symbiosis Law School, Nagpur, is inviting submissions for SymBLawg 2026, an annual blogging initiative and competition organised by its Research and Publication Cell.
Eligibility
• Students enrolled in Law programmes across India
Themes
• Data Protection in the Age of Algorithms: Safeguarding Privacy in an AI-Driven World
• ESG and Carbon Credits: Regulating Environmental Impact in a Digitally Accelerated Economy
Guidelines
• Submissions must align with either of the specified themes
• There is no strict word limit; however, posts of around 1,300-1,500 words are preferred
• Submissions must be original, well-structured and diverse in presentation
• Submissions must be in English only
• Submissions must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc/.docx)
• The Word file must be saved using the title of the paper followed by the name of the author(s)
• Only one submission per author is permitted
• Co-authorship is permitted with a maximum of two authors per submission
• A maximum of 10% plagiarism is permitted
• AI-generated content will not be accepted and may lead to disqualification
• Citations must strictly follow the Bluebook 21st Edition
• Submissions must not contain offensive, abusive, derogatory or potentially defamatory content
• All submissions will undergo scrutiny, and the Editorial Board’s decision shall be final and binding
Publication details
• Ten selected blogs will be published on the official Symbiosis blog, “SymBLawg”
• Upon publication, all literary and copyright rights to the submission will be transferred to the Research & Publication Cell, Symbiosis Law School, Nagpur
Awards
• Authors whose submissions are accepted for publication will receive an e-certificate of publication
• All participants will receive an e-certificate of participation
