Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to express my interest in an opportunity within your Legal team. I am a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) graduate from Amity Law School, Amity University Mumbai, with a CGPA of 8.74, and I currently work as a Senior Executive at NTEX Transportation Services Pvt. Ltd. (ElasticRun).
My experience has provided me with strong exposure to technology-driven legal operations, contract lifecycle management, corporate documentation, regulatory compliance, and commercial agreements. In my current role, I draft and negotiate carrier, warehousing, cloud software, 3PL, and ICT agreements, including contracts involving hardware, network infrastructure, and data security. I have also managed contract renewal cycles, including reviewing SLAs, pricing structures, and legal risk provisions.
During my previous internship with ElasticRun, I worked extensively with digital legal workflows, including DocuSign and internal workflow trackers (KaraRun), while preparing NDAs, addendums, termination letters and NOCs. I also conducted legal analysis of operational agreements and researched compliance requirements under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act. These experiences have developed my interest in the intersection of law, technology, automation, data protection, and efficient legal processes.
In addition, my internships at Hakani Legal and with Advocate Vivek Joshi at the Bombay High Court have strengthened my legal research, drafting and analytical abilities. My experience across both litigation and corporate environments has helped me develop a practical understanding of legal requirements while maintaining attention to detail and commercial considerations.
I am particularly interested in Legal Tech because of its potential to make legal processes more efficient, accessible, data-driven, and scalable. I believe my combination of legal training, hands-on corporate experience, contract management exposure, and familiarity with digital legal workflows would allow me to contribute effectively to your team.
I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my skills and experience can contribute to your organisation. Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to hearing from you.
Warm regards,
Shrishti Agarwal
