Call for Papers for Volume XIV, Issue I of the RGNUL Financial and Mercantile Law Review.
Eligibility
- Legal practitioners, professionals, academics, and law students may submit
Submission guidelines
- Submissions are invited in the fields of Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Competition Law, Insolvency, Banking & Finance, Insurance, Capital Markets, Securities, Dispute Resolution, International Trade, Investment Funds, Labour and Employment, Taxation, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, Technology, Media & Telecommunication, and White-Collar Crimes
- Submissions on contemporary developments in financial and mercantile laws are also welcome
- Submissions must be in English
- Co-authorship is limited to a maximum of two authors
- Submissions must be lucid, contemporarily relevant, well-researched, and contain a novel analysis
- Analytical submissions with concrete suggestions are encouraged over descriptive submissions with generic suggestions
- Plagiarism is strictly prohibited
- Submissions must be original, unpublished, and an outcome of the author’s own efforts
Submission details
- Article: 6,000–12,000 words
- Short Note: 4,000–6,000 words
- Case Comment: 3,000–5,000 words
- Book Review: 1,500–3,000 words
- Word limits are exclusive of footnotes
- Each author may submit a maximum of one manuscript
- Manuscripts must be submitted in .doc or .docx format
- Authors must submit a duly signed Certificate of Originality and Copyright
